When you send an enquiry: your name, mobile number, email address (if given), delivery pincode, the product, quantity and your message. We also record the page you sent it from, the time, and your IP address to prevent spam.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a price offer, and follow up on it. We don’t sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Where it’s stored and who processes it

Enquiries are stored in our database hosted by Supabase. Enquiry notifications are emailed to our team through EmailJS. If you choose to continue on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own terms apply.

Cookies and local storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser stores the time of your last enquiry, only to prevent repeated submissions.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to [24 months], or longer if needed for an order or a legal requirement, then delete them.
